What is drug dependence?

There are degrees of drug dependence ranging from mild dependency to compulsive drug use (often referred to as addiction). It is impossible to say how long or how often a person must use a drug before they become dependent to it.

Dependence can be psychological or physical, or both.

People who are psychologically dependent on a drug feel compelled in certain situations, to use a drug in order to function effectively, or to achieve emotional satisfaction.

Physical dependence is when a person's body adapts to a drug and becomes use to functioning with the drug present.

If a physically and/or psychologically dependent person suddenly stops taking the drug, they may experience withdrawal symptoms as they readjust to functioning without the drug. Withdrawal symptoms are different for different types of drugs and for each person. There are numerous types of withdrawal symptoms that may be experienced. A person may experience symptoms such as depression, irritability, cramps, nausea, sweating and sleeping problems.

People who are physically dependent on a drug usually develop a tolerance to the drug. This means that they need to take more and more of the drug to get the same effect.

Distillation

The process of separating liquids through differences in their vapor pressures is called Distillation. In the oldest method, the concentration of alcohol by the application of heat we get the fermented liquid mixture. Now this method is energy-consuming used for the production of petroleum products in chemical industry and other fields. The chemical properties of the mixture are determined by the composition of vapor during liquid mixture evaporation.

Distillation is possible only when the component having higher vapor proportion than the mixture. With other components, the given component having a higher vapor pressure and a low boiling point.

Dragon boats

For racing events, dragon boats are always rigged with decorative Chinese dragon heads and tails and are required to carry a large drum aboard. At other times the decorative regalia is usually removed, although the drum often remains aboard for training purposes.

Dragon boat races are traditionally held to commemorate the death of Qu Yuan, making dragonboating the only sport to be celebrated as a national holiday. The Chinese lunar calendar date is 5/5 which usually corresponds to a date in June.

The crew of the dragon boat
The standard crew complement of a contemporary dragon boat is around 22, comprising 20 paddlers in pairs facing toward the bow of the boat, 1 drummer or caller at the bow facing toward the paddlers, and 1 steerer or tiller at the rear of the boat. Dragon boats vary in length and crew size will vary accordingly, from small dragon boats with 10 paddlers, up to the massive traditional boats which have upwards of 50 paddlers, plus drummer and steerer.

[edit]
The drummer and drumming
The drummer or caller or 'sweep' may be considered the "heartbeat" of the dragon boat, and leads the crew throughout a race with the rhythmic beating of a drum to indicate the timing and frequency of paddling strokes (i.e. the cadence, picking up the pace, slowing the rate, etc.) The caller may issue commands to the crew through a combination of hand signals and voice calls, and also generally exhorts the crew to perform at their peak. A caller/drummer is mandatory during racing events, but if he or she is not present during training, it is typical for the steerer to direct the crew.

Good callers should be able to synchronize the drumming cadence with the strokes of the leading pair of paddlers, rather than the other way around. As a tail wind, head wind or cross wind, may affect the amount of power needed to move the boat at hull speed throughout a race, a caller should also be aware of the relative position of the dragon boat to other boats, and to the finish line, in order to correctly issue commands to the crew as to when to best surge ahead, when to hold steady and when to peak for the finish. An expert level caller will be able to gauge the power of the boat and the paddlers through the sensation of acceleration, deceleration, and inefficiencies which are transmitted through the hull (ie. they will physically feel the boat action through their feet and gluteus maximus muscles).

Traditional dragonboats with 40 to 50 paddlers are so long that the drum is positioned amidships (in the middle of the boat) so that all paddlers can hear it amidst the noise of heated competition. However, for the smaller dragon boats of 20 paddlers which are most often used in competitive sporting events, the drum is located just aft of the dragon headed prow.

Some crews may also feature a gong striker who strikes a ceremonial gong mounted aboard the dragon boat. A gong striker may sometimes used as an alternative to a drummer.

Yangtze River Delta

Yangtze Delta, generally comprises the triangular-shaped territory of Shanghai, southern Jiangsu province and northern Zhejiang province. The area lies at the heart of the region traditionally called Jiangnan (literally: "south of the Yangtze River"). The Yangtze river drains into the East China Sea.

History
The area near the Yangtze River Delta was the location of the Majiabang neolithic culture from around 5000-3000 BC. In late Neolithic times, the delta was the site of the Liangzhu jade culture (3400-2250 BC). In the Spring and Autumn period, it was occupied by the State of Wu, which was annexed by the State of Yue in 473 BC, in turn conquered by the State of Chu in 334 BC. In 223 BC the area became part of the unified empire under the Qin Dynasty.

Since the Tang Dynasty, the Yangtze Delta has been an area of intense agrarian agriculture and high population density. It is criss-crossed with canals for transportation and irrigation. Since the Northern and Southern Dynasties period, the Yangtze Delta has been a main cultural and economic center of China. Key cities of the region in pre-modern times include Suzhou (Wu), Nanjing, Hangzhou and Shaoxing.

In modern times, the Yangtze Delta, lead by Shanghai, is the center of Chinese economic development, and surpasses all other regions in the People's Republic of China in terms of economic growth and per capita income.

Population
The delta is one of the most densely populated regions on earth, and includes one of the world's largest cities on its banks—Shanghai, with a density of 2,700 inhabitants/km². Because of the large population of the delta, and factories, farms, and other cities upriver, the World Wildlife Fund says the Yangtze Delta is the biggest cause of marine pollution in the Pacific Ocean.

The people in this region mainly speak Wu Chinese (commonly called Shanghainese) as their mother tongue. Wu Chinese is mutually unintelligible with Mandarin.

Amazon River

The Amazon River (occasionally River Amazon; Spanish: Río Amazonas, Portuguese: Rio Amazonas) of South America is one of the two longest rivers on Earth, the other being the Nile in Africa. The Amazon has by far the greatest total flow of any river, carrying more than the Mississippi, Nile, and Yangtze rivers combined — so while it may not be the longest river, it is undoubtedly the largest. Its drainage area, called the Amazon Basin, is the largest of any river system.

The quantity of fresh water released to the Atlantic Ocean is enormous: up to 300,000 m³ per second in the rainy season. Indeed, the Amazon is responsible for a fifth of the total volume of fresh water entering the oceans worldwide. It is said that offshore of the mouth of the Amazon potable water can be drawn from the ocean while still out of sight of the coastline, and the salinity of the ocean is notably lower a hundred miles out to sea.

The main river (which is usually between one and six miles wide) is navigable for large ocean steamers to Manaus, 1,500 km (more than 900 miles) upriver from the mouth. Smaller ocean vessels of 3,000 tons[1] and 5.5 m (18 ft) draft[2] can reach as far as Iquitos, 3,600 km (2,250 miles) from the sea. Smaller riverboats can reach 780 km (486 mi) higher as far as Achual Point. Beyond that, small boats frequently ascend to the Pongo de Manseriche, just above Achual Point.

The Amazon drains an area of some 6,915,000km² (2,722,000 mile²), or some 40 percent of South America. It gathers its waters from 5 degrees north latitude to 20 degrees south latitude. Its most remote sources are found on the inter-Andean plateau, just a short distance from the Pacific Ocean; and, after a course of about 6,400 km (4,000 mi) through the interior of Peru and across Brazil, it enters the Atlantic Ocean at the equator.

digital piano

We tender quality instruments with various brands for sale in online. We also present good offer guitar, piano, sound modules and etc.

A digital piano is a modern electronic musical instrument designed to serve primarily as an alternative to a traditional piano, both in the way it feels to play and in the sound produced. Some digital pianos are also designed to look like an acoustic piano.

Most digital pianos implement a variety of features not found on a real piano.

Digital pianos are implemented for MIDI, so they can control or be controlled by other electronic instruments and sequencers. They may also have a disk drive or other external media slot to load MIDI data, which the piano can play automatically. In this way, a digital piano can function as a player piano.

Some digital pianos have a built-in sequencer to aid in composition. A digital piano may have lights associated with keys so that a beginning piano player can learn a piece by playing lit keys.

Manufacturers continue to develop technology of both sound and feel. Quality and cost are highly correlated. Well-known manufacturers of digital pianos include Yamaha,

Roland, Kurzweil, Kawai , and Casio digital piano.

Debt consolidation

Debt consolidation is the process by which a consumer exchanges one loan for another taking various factors in to consideration. Factors such as reduction of average interest rate, reduced to one credit payment from multiple creditors, reduction of past interest or penalty charges, obtaining a payment plan as per the capability of an individual and becoming debt free individual at a faster rate.

Advantages
1. Reduction of average interest rate:
Taking multiple credit interest rate (which varies from one credit card to another) in to account will have a high interest when compared to one single credit interest for the whole amount with a low interest rate. So an individual may choose this option to reduce his interest rate.
2. Reduction to one credit payment:
An individual may use many credit cards and pay his bills for all the credit cards. This may need a good management technique depending up on the number of cards in use. If you use more number of credit cards then the planning need to be done more appropriately and executed timely where as if you have one credit card your job is done in a way simple and easily executable. One hence opts to shift from multiple loan payments to one loan payment program replacing all the rest.
3. Reduction of past interest or penalty charges:
One opting for  may go for reduction of past interest or penalty charges paid for the borrowed amount under certain options. Options include high interest rate or penalty charges placed for the credited amount, when the total amount paid in the history till date exceeds the borrowed amount, or if it is a very long duration payment program going for 5 yrs or above. Under each case stated one can reduce the past interest and penalty charges or sometimes even eliminate those and pay only the amount borrowed.
4. Obtaining a payment plan:
This payment plan is given to the consumer  by thoroughly going through the personal needs of an individual, his responsibilities etc after which the debt consolidator restructures the existing plans taken by the consumer.
5. Becoming debt free at a faster rate:
Taking debt consolidation program relieves a person from debts at a faster rate than the usual time, which is required to come out of the debt. Following the plans given by a debt consolidator and proper execution of the plan will surely make an individual debt free and obtain high credit scores.

Disadvantages
1. When applying for a loan to replace another you go under the secured loan payment plan placed against an asset such as a home, car or any belongings. Hence at a risk of closing the loan through the asset placed against the loan.

2. You tend to use your credit cards again since you had paid back the credit amount through another loan. Hence the usage of credit cards ads up to your debts ending

Credit Score

Credit score is a value assigned to the borrower depending up on various historical payment returns and current credit worth limit. The credit score is hence a value which is obtained up on calculating the statistical summary of a consumer credit report on various factors of Payment history, debt, Credit history length and the type and number of credit account existing. This is a value range between 200 and 800. The higher the credit score, the consumer is offered with best price for the products he purchases or any loan issued for him (for example in obtaining a

Basically the  calculated using a formula provided by the Fair Isaac Corporation under the act of FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act ). The three national bureaucrats dealing with credit reports are Equifax, Experian and Trans Union. The credit report can vary between these three credit bureaus since the credit reporters do not submit the reports in all three bureaus. Basically it is the procedure that one's credit report is the average taken from the values of these three bureaus. There may be a small difference existing between these bureaucracies credit reports which doesn't seem to harm any of the customers credit score hence no issue has arisen till now in regards to the above.

for further information click the link before)are as follows.

1. Payment history
This factor conquers of about 35% in your credit score. As the name suggests it is calculated on whether you have paid the payment returns on time, there has been any occurrence of bankruptcy reflected in your credit report or any other negative aspects directly influences the value of credit score.

2. Amount owned
30% of credit score is based up on the factor of how much is the amount owned by the consumer, the amount of debt already taken, is the amount very close to the credit limit etc. So it always better to maintain a low balance in all the credit cards rather than a high balance in one and a low balance in all others.

3. Length of the credit history
The length of credit history plays a part of about 15% in determining one's credit score. A longer payment history increase the credit score of a consumer because the account opened for a longer duration creates appositive impact (higher effect if there exists only one financial institution). The score also increases at times of short credit history only when the rest of the consumer's credit report (from other financial companies) shows a manageable credit history existing through them.

4. Going for a new debt
Approximately 10% of a credit score may be based upon how much a consumer is going in for a new debt. A negative impact can also occur if a consumer is going for a number of new credit accounts apart from the existing one. He could rather choose the same account for further inquires of debts.

5. Types and number of credit accounts
10% of credit score is affected by the type of credit a customer takes. The credit score goes in for a negative impact when the consumer takes loans from finance companies. Its always advisable for a consumer to limit his accounts as too many credit reports for various accounts also create a negative impact.
